How to use: Warm up the oven at 100 degrees, then turn it off and place the bag inside the oven to warm up for 10 min or max. 1 min. in a microwave (750 W).

Can also be used cold, leave in the fridge. Exterior fabric is removable and washable at 30 degrees.
