Production timing

Everything listed as ready to ship on the website is in stock and will be dispatched promptly.

For items not currently listed or made to order, please allow up to 5 working days for your piece to be handmade and shipped from London. Quality is at the heart of what I do, and I never compromise it for speed.

If you need something urgently, feel free to contact me through the contact form. I’ll respond as soon as possible and do my best to accommodate your request.

Care instructions
All items can be washed, max 30 degrees, do not tumble dry and iron on low heat.

Are done via Royal mail, choose you preferred option at check out: 

24H tracking: £ 4.29

48H Tracking: £ 3.45

Free shipping for orders of GBP 75.0 or more.

Overseas deliveries

Option 1:  DHL (2-3 Days) shipping cost will be calculated at check out

Options 2 UAE:

- Transglobal (5-7 working days with tracking) flat rate AED 25.0 for all orders below AED 500.0

- Free shipping for all order of AED 500.0 or more.

 Refund/Exchange

There is no refund made once the order has been received by the customer. However, should the product be defective, not what you've ordered or damaged during shipping, I'll be happy to change it. Kindly let me know within 3 days (from product reception) via the contact form. The product should be, unused, unwashed and in its original shipping condition. 

Cancellation 

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours, or before it has been shipped out. Refund will be made back to the payment solutions used initially by the customer. To cancel your order, kindly send an email to: vayana@vayskingdom.com with your order number and name. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
